LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR PERSONAL USE DOWNLOAD

1. Parties & Agreement Acceptance This license agreement ("Agreement") is between Troy Schooneman (the "Licensor") and you (the "User"). By purchasing and downloading, storing, or using the image file, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this license.

2. Image Details & Delivery

• This image is entitled "Digital Editions, Volume One, Gods and Lovers

• The image will be provided as a high-resolution TIFF file (300 dpi).

• The file size is optimized for producing a fine art print up to 13 x 16.5 inches.

• While you are responsible for printing, the Licensor recommends using museum-quality Hahnemühle Baryta Rag Archival paper, a 100% cotton fine art archival paper, or other similar papers, to achieve the best results.

3. Copyright & Ownership

• The Licensor retains full ownership and copyright of the image.

• This license grants usage rights only as described below; it does not transfer or assign any ownership of the image to the User.

• The User may not claim authorship, trademark, or copyright over the image in any form.

4. Permitted Use

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print the image once (1) only as a fine art print for personal use.

• The print may be gifted to another person, but only once.

• You may store the digital file for personal archival purposes, but you are strictly prohibited from making additional prints, sharing, or distributing the file in any way.

• Reprint Exception: If your printed copy is lost or damaged, you must contact the Licensor for approval before reprinting. Unauthorized reprints are strictly prohibited, and the User must provide evidence of the damaged print before approval is granted.

5. Restrictions You may not:

• Print more than one copy of the image.

• Sell, sublicense, or distribute the image in digital or physical form.

• Use the image for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to merchandise, advertising, or promotional materials.

• Modify the image in a way.

• Remove or alter any watermarks, metadata, or embedded copyright information.

• Upload the image to any public or commercial platforms (e.g., stock photo sites, NFT marketplaces, or resale platforms).

• Share the file in any digital format, including via email, cloud storage, or file-sharing services.

6. Online Use & Attribution

• If you upload the image online (e.g., social media, personal website), you must provide proper credit: "Image by Troy Schooneman, www.troyschooneman.com, copyright © 2025."

7. License Fee & Duration

• Fee: US$ 75 (one-time payment).

• Duration: Perpetual license for the permitted uses specified above.

8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Other Uses For any use beyond what is expressly permitted in this Agreement, the User must obtain separate written approval from the Licensor.
