LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR COMMERCIAL USE DOWNLOAD

1. Parties & Agreement Acceptance

This license agreement ("Agreement") is between Troy Schooneman (the "Licensor") and you (the "User"). By purchasing and downloading, storing, or using the image file, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this license.

2. Image Details & Delivery

This image is entitled "Digital Editions, Volume One, Gods and Lovers." The image will be provided as a high-resolution TIFF file (300 dpi). The file size is optimized for commercial use, ensuring suitability for print and digital applications.

3. Copyright & Ownership

The Licensor retains full ownership and copyright of the image. This license grants usage rights only as described below; it does not transfer or assign any ownership of the image to the User. The User may not claim authorship, trademark, or copyright over the image in any form.

4. Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the image in professional, editorial, and branding contexts, including:

• Book covers and editorial publications.

• Advertising campaigns and promotional materials.

• Website and digital media branding.

• Marketing collateral and packaging.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell, sublicense, or distribute the image in digital or physical form.

• Use the image for merchandise, NFTs, or resale in any capacity.

• Print or reproduce the image as a limited edition fine art print for sale.

• Modify the image in a way that misrepresents the original work or damages the artist’s reputation.

• Remove or alter any watermarks, metadata, or embedded copyright information.

• Upload the image to public stock photo sites, resale platforms, or NFT marketplaces.

6. Online Use & Attribution

If you use the image online (e.g., website, social media, or branding), you must provide proper credit: "Image by Troy Schooneman, www.troyschooneman.com, copyright © 2025."

7. License Fee & Duration

Fee: US$1,200 (one-time payment).

Duration: Perpetual license for the permitted uses specified above.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
